UK International Data Transfer Addendum

Completed Part 1 Tables and incorporated Mandatory Clauses

This page completes the ICO International Data Transfer Addendum, version B1.0. It applies to Restricted Transfers governed by UK Data Protection Laws under clause 9 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Module 2 applies where Customer controls its own Lead Data. Module 3 applies where Customer processes Lead Data for a further controller and Inqelo is Customer's Sub-processor. The matching module applies automatically under DPA clause 9.2.

Which Parties may end this Addendum under Section 19: neither Party.

Part 2 — Mandatory Clauses

The Mandatory Clauses are Part 2 of the Approved Addendum B1.0 issued by the ICO and laid before Parliament under section 119A of the Data Protection Act 2018 on 2 February 2022, as revised under Section 18 of those Mandatory Clauses. They apply without modification.
